The Los Altos School Board voted 4-1, with Steve Taglio dissenting, to offer the provisions in the term sheet that was made public Friday.

That offers provides for Bullis Charter School to remain all together on the Egan Jr. High School campus for two years as parties look for a 10th campus site. If no site is identified at the end of the first year, the process will revert to the Prop. 39 procedure of making an annual facilities request. The offer required a response by Friday at noon in order to prepare for the 2012-2013 year.
