The Art of Arm Balances with Annika Williams

Costumes welcome! Dress as your free spirit, your alter-ego, or as anything else your heart desires! To the live music offerings of Marty Atkinson on guitar and vocals and Patrick Feehan on keyboard we will play in the divine dance of contractions and expansions that exist in all things. This grounding and uplifting practice will inspire you to feel more connected to your center, to self-love, wholeness, oneness, and unlimited potential. You don't need to be able to do any arm balances to attend this workshop- if either you aspire to do arm balancing poses, or if they are your favorite asanas, this workshop is for you!
