Early Spring Wildflower Hike

You don't need to wait until Spring to see California wildflowers. Come join botanist Paul Heiple and Acterra as they hike through the Arastradero Preserve to find the wildflowers that start blooming as early as February.

Some of the flowers you may see include: California buttercups, Trillium, Flowering Currant and Miner's Lettuce. Bring comfortable shoes, water and a snack.

The group will meet at the Gateway Facility, down the trail from the Pearson-Arastradero Preserve parking lot on Arastradero Road, just north of Page Mill Road. For more information visit the Acterra Stewardship webpage.
