What to Expect From Monday Night's LASD School Board Meeting

Monday's agenda includes discussion of long-term capital needs, including a facility for Bullis Charter School and the timing of a possible bond election.

The Los Altos School District meets Monday night with a number of items on the agenda, including discussion of the timing of a possible bond election to provide facilities for the Bullis Charter School.

The board is also considering approving an agreement with the charter school for board members from each agency to have non-binding discussions. This was first raised earlier in January as a way of creating a vehicle for dialogue that currently does not exist.

The board has allotted 30 minutes for another update on the state's 2012-13 budget projections and the possible affect on the LASD program.
