Seen here are Blach Intermediate School Principal Sandra McGonagle and Bullis Charter School Principal Wanny Hersey after they walked out of the Blach office together, shortly before 3 p.m. Friday. A passing parent took this picture, stirring a little hope, perhaps, that progress is being made.
