UPDATE, 10:51 p.m.
About 100 people attended a community presentation on the litigation history between the Bullis Charter School and the Los Altos School District, Tuesday evening, including Los Altos School Board members, Santa Clara County Board of Education members and at least one City Council member.

Mark Boenninghausen, general counsel for the Huttlinger Alliance for Education, presented a timeline that began in 2003, when Bullis Purissima School was closed by the Los Altos School Board, and the first legal suit filed.

The meeting was live-blogged and can be found on a link on the CoverItLive page here. Omissions, partial sentences and incorrect spellings may be contained in the live blog, but Patch will make every effort to correct the report if you email losaltos@patch.com.
