The BCS board holds its last regularly scheduled meeting before its Mar. 1 reply is due.
Follow along at the Bullis Charter School Board meeting Monday night. On the agenda is discussion of facilties issues—both this year and next school year.
The board must reply to the Los Altos School District's preliminary facilities offer by March 1, according to state law. On Feb. 13, members of both boards met to discuss detailed questions that the charter school had about the offer. LASD board president Doug Smith and board member Tamara Logan had pledged to get answers to questions raised by early this week.

The charter school also had listed on its agenda discussion of the implementation of the 2012-13 final offer.
It will recess to discuss with legal counsel two pieces of existing litigation.
