LISTEN: Khan Academy and Others Online Disrupt Traditional Education

In a lively discussion on KQED's Forum program this morning, Salman Kahn along with professors at Stanford, MIT and the founder of The Minerva project, defend online learning such as the experiment at Los Altos School District.

St. Francis High School does it. So do several schools in the Los Altos School District. Do you? Online learning has become more popular in recent years with the accessibility of the Internet, a decrease in the cost of the computing devices and the increase of online programs to fit different styles of learning.
