Lifeline Brown Bag Informational Session

Stanford Hospital and Clinic's Aging Adult Services hosts the Lifeline program as a service to the greater community. A representative from Stanford’s Lifeline will be speaking at the City of Los Altos Senior Center to discuss how Lifeline works, the cost, as well as the application and set-up process.
