Kids Lemons, Oranges & Grapefruit Hands-on Cooking Class with The Culinary Dude

Join The Culinary Dude Scott Davis for another fun, hands-on cooking class--this time it's Citrus! Since we're following the flavors of Lemons, Oranges & Grapefruit, nothing is more fresh and tangy than these three flavors. 

The menu will include:

  • Citrus Pasta Salad
  • Five-Spice Citrus Meatballs
  • Orange-Chocolate Mousse

Children will learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques during this class -- sauté, simmer, slice, bake and blend. All participants will be able to eat the food they make at the end of class.
