Cultivating Compassion Series

Learn specific tools and practices for the cultivation of compassion along with exploration of what compassion is across traditions.  One of the most precious of our capacities as human beings, it can benefit ourselves and others.  The practice of self compassion will be emphasized.  For cancer patients and their loved ones.  Facilitated by Leah Weiss, LCSW, Director of Compassion Education at Stanford University's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education.
