The last “Great Schools Grocery Day” was March 9 at Marina Foods, with 4 percent of all sales that day.

And don't forget to eat local.  in Mountain View, at 2400 Charleston Rd., will give a whopping 50 percent of purchases to the Los Altos High School Class of 2011 fundraiser Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. According to the PTSA, this will help the Los Altos High graduating class’s fundraising efforts.
