CUSD to Vote on $220 Million Bond

Repairs to roofs, earthquake and fire safety and more infrastructural work will be voted on March 6.

With students increasing each year the district can't afford to let critical infrastructure work get behind, say Cupertino Union School District representatives, according to the Sunnyvale Sun. On Monday, trustees will consider placing a $200 million bond measure on the June ballot. Adding classrooms, a new earthquake and fire safety system, removing hazardous materials from old school structures, are needed officials say.
