Supervisors Approve $1.2 Million for Loyola Bridge

The $6.4 million project will add 11 feet to the width of the bridge that crosses the Foothill Expressway.

The Los Altos Town Crier's Elliott Burr reports that the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors approved $1.2 million needed to go ahead with a $6.4 million project to widen the Loyola Bridge. 

The bridge, which spans the Foothill Expressway at Loyola Corners, is on county land and outside of the jurisdiction of the City of Los Altos, though council members unanimously supported the current design.
