Moving Utilities Underground Focus of LAH Forum
Underground Utility Committee invites all Los Altos Hills residents to Oct. 12 meeting.
Got unsightly utility poles? Los Altos Hills residents can find out how to move utilities out of signt under the ground at a free informational forum at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall Council Chambers.
The Underground Utility Committee will share with residents how to form underground utility districts.
Information about costs of undergrounding utilities and potential PG&E rebates will be discussed. According to a press release from the committee, the cost of undgrounding is "much lesss than many believe".
