The City of Los Altos Board of Adjustments meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7pm in the Community Meeting Chambers of City Hall. The Board of Adjustments is composed of three members of the Planning Commission. Its function is to consider and vote on variance requests to land use regulations such as site area, setbacks, coverage, yards and other open spaces, parking and loading spaces, height of structures, and fences. Variances granted or denied by this Board may be appealed to the City Council. For more information please visit the City of Los Altos.
