The family of missing Price Joseph Phelps, 79, reports that he was found safe today in Hayward, and they thank the community for their support.

East Palo Alto police are seeking the public's help in locating an elderly man last seen on Tuesday morning.
Price Joseph Phelps, 79, was last seen driving away from his home around 9 a.m., police said. Phelps is described as a black man standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 141 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a beige jacket and brown pants. Phelps suffers from a medical condition that was disclosed by police and may become disoriented.
He was last seen driving a blue 2008 Mercury Milan with California license plate 6BAH063.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for Phelps in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties around 12:55 a.m.
Anyone with information on Phelps' whereabouts is asked to call East Palo Alto police at (650) 321-1112.
