The accident with a minor injury occurred Sunday at 2:12 p.m. at the intersection S. El Monte Avenue and Foothill Expressway. Information was exchanged and a police report taken.

Two separate, non-injury accidents occurred within 24 hours of each other on First Street; one  Saturday at 2:22 p.m., and the other, Sunday at 2:16 p.m.

Two other non-injury accidents were also reported; one Saturday at 12:24 p.m. at El Camino Real and Rengstorff Avenue, and another Sunday at 1:57 p.m., also on El Camino Real, but at the intersection with Jordan Avenue.

The first accident of the period occurred at the intersection of Fremont and Truman avenues Friday at 8:19 a.m.

Two calls were also made Saturday from the same address on Holt Avenue about dogs off their leashes; first at 1:47 p.m. and again at 4:05 p.m. Police contacted dog owners in the neighborhood in response to the first call and did not find any loose dogs. Nor were any loose dogs seen upon a return visit to the neighborhood after the second call.
