Top 5 from the Los Altos Police Log, Oct. 25: Missing person, burglaries and vandalism.

Tuesday's incidents includes a 93-year-old woman missing, an arrest, a burglary, identity theft and another egged car.

The following information was supplied by Sgt. John Korges of the Los Altos Police Department. Wherever arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. A fuller report will follow on Saturday.

"Be on the Lookout" request: 1949 Grant Road, Grant Cuesta SubAcute and Rehabilitation Center; 7:45 p.m.; Mountain View police requested the Los Altos police to be on the lookout for a missing 93-year-old Asian female.  

Residential burglary: 1000 block of Dartmouth Lane, 5:25 p.m.; Los Altos police responded to a report of a residential burglary. Upon arrival, police officers determined that forced entry in to the residence was made and miscellaneous items taken.

Identity theft: 100 block of Del Monte Ave, 7:49 a.m.; resident reported identity thef.

Warrant arrest: 1400 block of Brookmill Road, 12:47 p.m., misdemeanor warrant.

Vandalism: 1400 block of Oak Ave, 6:06 p.m., vehicle egged over the weekend. No suspect information.
