- Minor Injury Accident: 3:28 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13; Foothill Expressway and Edith Avenue; bike hit parked truck, complaint of pain only.
- Non-Injury Accident: 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13; Plaza North and Third Street; officer assisted with names exchange.
- Traffic Hazard, Mattress Blocking the Median: 3:25 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13; Foothill Expressway and Loyola Drive.
