Top 5 From the Los Altos Police Log: Bike Theft on Monday, September 12

Another reminder to keep an eye on those bicycles and get good locks for the racks, folks.

1. Bicycle Theft: 2:33 p.m., Monday, September 12; 1500 block of Holt Avenue; bike taken from the Grant Park bike rack between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Bike was unlocked, valued at $400. No suspect information.

2. Missing Person Report: 8:08 p.m., Monday, Septemer 12; 400 block of Tyndall Street; subject returned prior to arrival.

3. Non-Injury Accident: 5:03 p.m., Monday, September 12; El Camino Real and Rengstorff Avenue; involved parties will exchange names, no contact needed. 

4. Unlicensed Driver: 9:59 a.m., Monday, September 12; S. Springer Road and Riverside Drive; citation issued.

5. Barking Dog Complaint: 2:58 a.m., Tuesday, September 13; 2000 block of Robinhood Lane.
