An officer issued misdemeanor citation at Plaza South and San Antonio Road, 1:45 p.m. due to a health and safety violation and report of suspicious activity on Sept. 28.

A misdemeanor warrant was issued in the 900 block of N. San Antonio Rd., 7:20 p.m, and an accident and warrant arrest occurred at El Camino Real and Ortega Avenue. There were no injuries during the Sept. 28 morning accident, and one subject who happened to have a warrant was arrested and taken to jail.

Some sunglasses and money were taken from an unlocked vehicle parked at 100 Yerba Buena Avenue on Sept. 29. The petty theft occurred overnight, said Brooks.

In a public accident in the 1200 block of Richardson Ave. on the same day, someone fell and injured their head. A public accident is often when someone trips without any outside factors, said Brooks.
