Jan. 6, 1:51 p.m.; 696 Fremont Avenue; a business at Rancho Shopping Center reported that a bank bag containing funds were missing. Classified as grand theft.

Jan. 8, 1:42 p.m., 2000 block of Kent Drive; house egged, no permanent damage, information only.
Arson
Jan. 8, 11:52 a.m.; 700 Los Altos Avenue; tanbark in the play area at Santa Rita Elementary School was found smoldering.
Misdemeanor Warrant
Jan. 8, 12:58 p.m., Carmel Avenue and Pasa Robles Avenue; Report of a suspicious couple with disabled vehicle; officers responded and one of the subjects was arrested for outstanding warrant.
Possible Fraud
Jan. 8, 3:40 p.m., 199 Main Street; bank patron claimed be never received $100 he took our of an account.
Misdemeanor warrant
Jan. 9, 10:48 a.m.; S. Springer Road and Riverside Drive; traffic stop, subject cited and released on misdemeanor warrant.
Recovered stolen vehicles
Jan. 9, 12:16 p.m., 200 block of Alicia Way; recovered stolen vehicle, report taken.
Jan. 9, 10:53 p.m., 1300 block of Grant Road; vehicle recovered.

Jan. 9, 11:28 a.m., 169 State Street; municipal code problem, CSO responded to a call of several abandoned bikes
DUI
Jan. 10, 3:51 a.m., Foothill Expressway and S. Springer Road; driver arrested and vehicle towed.
Gun destruction
Jan. 10, 11:57 a.m., 900 block of S. Springer Road; ammo destruction, report taken.
Hit and run accidents
Jan. 10, 4:33 p.m., Homestead Road and Foothill Expressway; no report at this time.
Jan. 10, 5:19 p.m., 809 Fremont Avenue; cold hit and run, officer making contact.
Commercial burglary
Jan. 10, 7:38 p.m., 690 Los Altos Rancho; subject entered Andronico’s and attempted to enter the ATM.
Explosion
Jan. 10, 11:15 p.m., 400 block of Benvenue Avenue; heard in area, officers responded, quiet on arrival and departure.
Threats
Jan. 12, 11:02 a.m., 1000 block of Loma Prieta Court; cold report, officers assisted.
Jan. 12, 11:08 p.m., 100 block of San Antonio Road; cold threat, officers responded and determined no crime at this time.
DUI
Jan. 13, 12:25 a.m., Miramonte Avenue and A Street; arrest made, vehicle towed, report taken.
Accident
Jan. 12, 5:40 p.m., S. San Antonio Road and Lyell Street; no injuries, report taken.
Found property
Jan. 12, 3:41 p.m., 46 S. Gordon Way; reporting party located a bag containing men’s pants and underwear in front yard.
