This article is biased and promotional...a nasty little trend in unprofessional journalism these days. Doesn't this publication have an editor? After that litany of crime, they chose "Sex Offender" as the title? Let's scare the sheeple - PROTECT THE CHILDREN! Like DWI, theft, murder, domestic violence and drugs don't harm children. Last year according to the DOJ, over 5,000 children were killed in DWI accidents. How many did registered sex offenders kill?
