Santa Clara County Fire Department Reports Four Small Incidents in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills

The Santa Clara County Fire Department reported four fire incidents small Tuesday and early Wednesday.

• The first took place on Tuesday at 5:45 a.m. The transport vehicle fire on Foothill Expressway resulted in an estimated $1,000 property loss.
• The second was a small brush or grass fire shortly before noon Tuesday on Hillslope Place not far from Fremont Magdalena Avenue, that resulted in a $400 property loss.
• The third and fourth took place late Wednesday afternoon. There was a trash receptacle fire on Story Hill Lane at 5:05 p.m. in Los Altos Hills that was a $50 loss.
• The fourth, reported at 5:26 p.m., was also a trash receptacle fire on Robleda Road in Los Altos Hills, that resulted in a $200 loss.
