Los Altos police calls over the long Thanksgiving break, Nov. 22-26 reflect a quiet period. Thanksgiving Day was marred by a a water main break and sewer back ups, but mostly there was plenty to be thankful for.

• 10:53 a.m., 11/22, 1600 block of Dallas Court; suspicious circumstance, officer responded and was unable to locate
• 6:45 p.m., 11/23, 911, 700 block of Spencer Court; report of suspicious subjects, information
• 8:19 p.m., Stonehaven Drive/Lockhaven Drive; suspicious vehicle, field interrogation card completed
• 9:58 p.m., 900 block of North San Antonio Road; suspicious vehicle, unable to locate

Traffic Hazard

• 11:07 a.m., 4800 El Camino Real (Whole Foods); report of a traffic hazard, officer responded and assisted

Construction Noise

• 11:10 a.m., 2000 block of El Sereno Avenue; construction noise complaint, officer responded, made contact and advised of municipal code

 Sewer Back Up

• 2:22 p.m.,  11/22, 100 block of Hillview Avenue; sewer back up, refer to public works for repair
• 4:29 p.m., 1200 block of Russell Avenue;  sewer back up, refer to public works for repair

Animal Call

• 7:17 p.m., 11/22, 700 block of North San Antonio Road; barking dog complaint, violation, warning left
• 9:20 a.m., 11/24, Los Altos Avenue/Loucks Avenue; report of three dogs running loose, beat unit and Animal Control advised
• 10:21 a.m., 11/25, 200 block of Delphi Cir., report of barking dog, officer responded and quiet on arrival and departure
