Los Altos Police find non-injury accidents in the daylight hours, and in the wee hours of the night, suspicious doings, prompting 911 calls. And yes, another day, another tow from Foothill Crossing.

  • 8:52 a.m., Foothill Expressay and Edith Avenue; report of a stalled vehicle, determined to be a non-injury accident, names exchanged
