Tuesday, July 31:

Abandoned Vehicle

10:22 a.m., 500 Block of Arboleda Drive. Report of an abandoned vehicle, police tagged the vehicle.

Residential Alarm

10:05 a.m., 100 Block of Sunkist Lane. Report of a residential burglary alarm sounding, officers checked the premise and found no signs of a break-in. Possible alarm malfunction.

Gas Leaf Blower Violation

10:23 a.m., 1500 Block of Julie Lane. Gas leaf blower complaint, officer made contact with the user and gave a warning.

10:47 a.m., 900 Block of Dolores Ave. Gas leaf blower complaint. The user was gone when the officer arrived.

General Tow

1:11 p.m., 2310 Homestead Road (Foothill Crossings shopping center). Private property tow.

Suspicious Circumstances

2:11 p.m., 2100 Block of Sierra Ventura Drive. Report of a suspicious person. Officers responded, report unfounded.

Dog on Freeway

7:46 p.m., Highway 101 near San Antonio Road. Report of a loose dog on the freeway; police transferred the call to the California Highway Patrol.

Trespass

8:01 p.m., 200 Block of Main St. Trespassing report. Officer responded and contacted the subject; information only.  

Suspicious Person

8:42 p.m. 200 Block of University Ave. Suspicious person report. Police responded but were unable to locate the person.
