Police Calls: Hit and Runs (No Injuries)

The Los Altos Police log for Jan. 24 had eight, count 'em eight items of note. Even the 911 hang-ups were few.

How boring was it in Los Altos? Only-two-911-hang-ups boring. Suspicious-circumstances boring. Hit-and-run-no-injuries boring.

Not to minimize the importance of these calls (or errors, in the case of most 911 hang-ups, which require police time to call back and determine if the call for help is still needed) ... but we've seen more dyamic tea kettle boiling.
