Police Calls: Burglaries and Grand Theft

Besides the burglaries and the grand theft, Los Altos Police log for Thursday, Sept. 20 includes two reports of suspicious circumstances. 

Suspicious Vehicle / Circumstances 

• 10:12 a.m., E. Edith Avenue and Gordon Way; suspicious vehicle, officer responded and was unable to locate
• 3:38 p.m., El Camino Real and Showers Drive; suspicious circumstances, subject acting aggressively to passing motorists, officers responded and were unable to locate the subject, gone on arrival.

Burglary

• 11:19 a.m., 120 block of Arbuelo Way; residential burglary report taken
• 8:24 p.m., 308 block of Loucks Avenue, cold-reported burglary, report taken

Grand Theft

• 11:58 a.m., 161 block of Loucks Avenue; grand theft report taken

Gas Leaf Blower

• 5:41 p.m., 700 block of N. San Antonio Road; gas-powered leaf blower in use, when officer arrived, it was not in use

Public Relations Detail

• 6:13 p.m., 1 N. San Antonio Road; public relations detail, request to meet with an officer, assistance rendered

Solicitor

• 8:43 p.m., 1400 block of Marlbarough Avenue; solicitor, information

Disturbance

• 9:34 p.m., 300 block of N. El Monte Avenue; family disturbance, field interrogation card completed
