PHOTOS: Gunman at Large after Cupertino Shooting

Nine were injured and two were possibly killed at the Lehigh quarry in Cupertino when an employee opened fire.

A manhunt is underway in Cupertino, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara as police search for Shareef Allman, 45, who is a suspect in the at the Lehigh Southwest Cement Plant in Cupertino around 4 a.m. today.

He is also a suspect in the shooting of a woman during an attempted carjacking near the corner of Homestead Road and Tantau Avenue after the shooting at Lehigh.

Allmon is a black male with a light beard, a Sheriff's spokesman said. He was last thought to be on foot, possibly is carrying a 40-caliber pistol and a rifle.
