Los Altos Police Blotter from Tuesday, Nov. 16

Los Altos police investigate home burglary; two minor traffic accidents also reported.

Los Altos police are investigating a burglary at a home on Nightingale Court that was reported Tuesday afternoon. Police have released no information on what was taken.

Two minor traffic accidents also occurred Tuesday, one on El Camino Real and the other on Annette Lane. No injuries were reported.

There were two reports of suspicious circumstances at Vista Grande Avenue and also on San Antonio Road. Police were advised.

A driver was cited on misdemeanor charges for driving without a license after being stopped at the intersection of Springer Road and Cuesta Drive.

Repair crews are fixing a traffic-signal malfunction at the intersection of El Monte and Summerhill avenues that was reported to police Tuesday.

In other police news, an abandoned vehicle was reported on El Camino Real. Police said the vehicle was abandoned and have tagged it for follow-up.

There were also a number of 9-1-1 hang-ups and a report of a noisy animal.
