Exercise Demo Rolls into Los Altos Hills Town Hall

Personal trainer will offer tips and tricks on getting the most out of using an exercise stability ball.

Visitors to the Los Altos Hills Town Hall should expect to have a ball on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Starting at 1:30 p.m. personal trainer LuAnne Kalman will demonstrate how using a stability ball in exercise programs can help users improve their spinal stability, core strength and balance.

During the introduction program Kalman will provide a limited number of balls for participants to share while she demonstrates exercises. Visitors who have their own stability balls are welcome to bring them.

Kalman offers detailed information about using a stability ball on her Chez Fit website.

The event will take place from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills. Admission is free and open to the public. For registration details, call the Los Altos Hills Parks and Recreation office at 650-947-2518.
