Speak Up: Should September 11 be a National Holiday?

Tuesday marks 11 years since the attack on U.S. soil by al-Qaeda terrorists.

 

The president has called for a national day of service to remember the attacks of September 11, 2001 on Tuesday.

Around the country citizens will give their day to community service, whether its neighborhood cleanups, disaster preparation, flood relief, or something else, people are taking the day to give back and be a communty.
