Last Sunday, December 2, GreenTown Los Altos held its twice yearly RECYCLE Bike Drive.
With the help of a dedicated group of volunteers, more than 50 gently used bikes were donated, cleaned and repaired at Egan and Blach Junior High Schools. All donated bikes will bring holiday cheer to those less fortunate in our community.
Thanks to GreenTown's donors, volunteers and co-sponsors, ACTERRA, Chain Reaction Bicycle, Silicon Valley Bike Coalition and Good Karma Bikes, there will be many BIG smiles on the faces of those receiving a donated bike this holiday season. For photos of the event, click here!
