Help the USO at San Jose Intl Airport
The ubiquitous coffee pot has been replaced by Keurig K-Cups. The USO is seeking donations.
Written by Bea Karnes
The USO is trying to eliminate waste so it’s replaced conventional coffee systems with a Keurig K-Cup system at San Jose International Airport (SJC).
According to Jeff Herndon, Director of USO Bay Area, “It also simplifies the process for our visitors by consolidating coffee, tea, and hot chocolate into one brewing system.”
The USO is seeking donations of any flavor coffee, hot chocolate or tea in K-Cup packaging. They are also seeking half-and-half, French vanilla, and Irish crème flavored creamers.
