Knit-In to Benefit War-Related Charities at the Los Altos Library

As part of the Silicon Valley Reads 2013 theme "Invisibile Wounds of War," the Los Altos Library will be hosting a knit/crochet-in to make needed items for active duty soldiers, wounded veterans, and Afghan families. We will be sending items to the following charities:

IMPORTANT: before you come, please check the guidelines at the websites listed above, and pick your project.  Bring your pattern, needles, and yarn with you.

Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Los Altos Library!
