Come to the CNPS fall Native Plant Sale on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 10 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. at Hidden Villa in Los Altos Hills. Choose from scores of hard-to-find native plant species and bulbs suitable for California gardens. Organized by the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the California Native Plant Society (CNPS) and Acterra.
Speak to experts about lawn alternatives such as native perennials, wildflowers, and grasses. Attend a FREE class on “Success with Native Plants” from 1-2 p.m. Native plant books, posters, and note cards for sale. Acterra will be selling native plants to help fund their environmental and stewardship programs.
This year we are rewarding customers with a FREE plant from the CNPS Nursery.  When customers spend $50 from the CNPS Nursery, they have the choice of an Iris or Rudbeckia california.   For those with a $100 or more purchase, they may choose any plant in the sale inventory or from a special group of plants that are not usually for sale, including 'Austin Griffiths', franciscana, 'Lester Rowntree', Louis Edmunds' & silvacola, Carpenteria, Ceanothus 'Anchor Bay', Chilopsis linearis, Dendromecon harfordii, Romneya coulteri, and Trichostema lanatum.
The Hidden Villa Ranch is located at 26870 Moody Road, Los Altos Hills, CA. The ranch is 2 miles west of the I-280 Moody/El Monte Road exit. Parking is free.
