The cool, breezy patio seating is one of the favorite things about Fiesta Vallarta that many locals will point to, when asked—and if you’ve got little ones with you, be sure to ask for a courtyard table near the restaurant’s famous, 200-gallon fish tank. It’s free entertainment! Not sure what to try? More than a few Yelpers call the Beef Enchiladas Guajillo the best they’ve ever had.

Are you a tequila aficionado? If so, Fiesta Del Mar Too is the place for you. They boast more than 200 tequilas behind the full bar, and the employees are said to be experts at the subtle differences between every last one of them. Regulars also say, you just can’t pick a bad menu item—now, that’s more than enough reason to call Fiesta Del Mar Too a safe bet for your Cinco de Mayo dinner spot, if not a good place to go, anytime.
