A lot of people may have headed out of town this Independence Day weekend, but that makes looking at homes all the more leisurely.

The home shown here is at 1470 Montclaire Place, in the Cupertino Union School District, not far from Montclaire School. It lists for $1,450,000 and is 57 years old. It is open Saturday and Sunday, 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Two other homes are new to market that are on view this weekend. They include 736 Campbell Ave., a five-bedroom home with three baths and two partial baths, listed at $2,448,000 in Los Altos and on view Saturday and Sunday 1:30-4:30 p.m. The third home is 24696 Olive Court in Los Altos Hills, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, listed for $2,495,000, on view Saturday and Sunday, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
