Christmas Tree Lots That Benefit the Community

When you buy trees at these lots, your purchase helps others.

 

The Kiwanis Tree Lot opened for the season at 10 a.m. Friday at the Lucky Supermarket. Kiwanis teams up with the Day Worker Center this year. Find noble firs and wreaths and decor. All proceeds benefits local schools and organizations. Hours: Monday to Friday 3 to 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Runs through Dec. 16

The Spartan-Eagle Tree Lot, benefitting Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District athletics, opens for its 6th season at the 1035 El Monte Rd. @ El Camino Real (formerly called the Blockbuster parking lot). They sell Noble Firs, wreaths and garlands. Opened Friday. Hours: Monday - Friday, 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
