Wanted: 3/2 pet-friendly rental

We are in search of a long-term home rental, pet-friendly with a yard/acreage $4000/mth. Los Altos, Mountain View, Palo Alto.  A fixer-upper is okay; if you need help with your land, we can do that as well.  We are healthcare professionals, we have kids and pets and we are hard-working and friendly.
