Building on the success of AT&T’s first Job Shadow Initiative, a key component of Aspire, AT&T will use similar events such as this to create an evolved Job Shadow program in which employee-student teams learn work and life skills, explore real business problems and form lasting relationships.

This Job Shadow program will be part of Aspire Mentoring Academy, launching in fall 2012.
