The Great Escape: Blossom Birth’s Mother’s Day Pampering Party

Mother’s Day is just around the corner—and after taking care of everyone else in your life, it’s time to take care of you.

However, pampering oneself can often come with a hefty price tag. Therefore, we suggest the Mother’s Day Pampering Party being hosted by in Palo Alto on May 7. With an all-day schedule of massage sessions, professional glam shots, parenting workshops and even a live concert on the agenda, a ‘Day Pass’ that gets you one of everything is only $40!

Blossom Birth (BB) is a prenatal, birth and parenting resource center at 299 S. California Ave. in downtown Palo Alto. The center offers support and education on everything from finding a midwife or doula for giving birth, how to change a diaper, how to potty train your toddler, the nuts and bolts of breastfeeding and much more They also offer fun classes like Mommy and Baby Yoga and making music with your baby. There’s even a group just for dads and babies.

This is the fifth year BB has thrown its Mother’s Day Pampering Party, and the offerings only get better with each passing year. This year includes:

• Relaxing Massages by Verde Touch
• Glam Shots by Images by Rosalinda
• A Live Music Concert by Rockin’ Moms (all groups performing have at least one member who is a mom!)
• Refreshments
• A Silent Auction

Plus, parenting workshops will be taking place throughout the day. The topics include:

The best part is, your day of pampering is completely customizable. Pay just $25 for only the pampering sessions, just $15 for only the Rockin’ Moms concert, or buy a complete Day Pass for only $40!

After you pay for your choices, BB will contact you and help you select your personal appointments for each service you want—after all, this is your day of pampering, so there should be no waiting in line for anything!
