Readers' Choice: What's Your Pick on St. Patrick's Day?

St. Paddy's Day falls on a Saturday and Los Altos Patch decided to mix it up a little with the choices.

It's a day to wear green, and everyone can be honorary Irish, but where do you do that in Los Altos?

Los Altos Patch wanted to mix it up in this week's poll — where do our readers choose to celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

So dive in and vote among the usual suspects ... or go more eclectic!

Among our local establishments:

In the not-a-bar-or-restaurant route, we offer:

  • 's "" - The Los Altos-based MROSD, with the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society, throws a wingding at Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve with bird guides and geocaching.
  • ' "" (The store's actual  is Wed., March 14)
  • St. Simon's Parish St. Patrick's Day Dinner (actually being held Friday, March 16, after Stations of the Cross)

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by Patch editorial staff, based on poll results reviews on Patch Places, and the commenting made below. It's a good reason to go to the listing of all of your favorite places and write a review—now and in the future—and to weigh in below, as well.

Ties will be broken by whichever place has the most positive comments in the section below. We will announce the winner at noon Friday.
