January Home Sales Report

Local home sales dropped sharply in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills in January, as buyers and sellers were focusing on the holidays. A total of 13 single-family residences and two townhomes or condominiums were sold in the first month of the year, compared with 35 single-family homes and five townhomes or condominiums in December.
