Five homes are new to market during Memorial Day weekend, a dramatic slowdown from previous weeks when as many as 19 were placed open for viewing for the first time.
Make no mistake, there are plenty of homes open—36—this weekend, but the torrid pace of new to market homes being placed open for viewing dropped dramatically as realtors and home sellers readied themselves for the unofficial start of summertime travel.
The five mentioned range from a $3.1 million five-bedroom, three-bath home just under 4,000 square feet to a $1.325 million, 2,300-square-foot home with four bedrooms and three baths on a busy stretch of Magdalena Avenue. These five homes range from 34 to 59 years old.
