HOUSEHUNT: Open Houses in Los Altos & Los Altos Hills, Feb. 18-19, 2012
Three homes that are new on the market this week will be among the 21 open during this President's Day holiday weekend.
The slopes, with a new layer of snow, may be calling, but this weekend has 21 homes open for viewing.
Three homes, 490 Torwood Lane, listed at $2,395,000; 253 Fremont Ave., listed at $2,195,000; and 70 Bay Tree Lane, listed at $1,450,000, were placed on the market this week.
The homes on view this weekend range from a 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom house at 26462 Purissima Road, listed at $$7,188,000, to a 2-bedroom, one-bath, condo near the downtown village listed at $579,000.
