HouseHunt: Open Houses in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, April 16-17

Eighteen homes are new to market and open this weekend, among a total of 53 homes for viewing. 

At the higher end of the price spectrum is a 9,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, 6½-bath home at 28080 Laura Ct. in Los Altos Hills, for $7.9 million.

At the lower end of the price spectrum is a 1,500-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 50 W. Edith Ave., No. 3, near downtown.

In between, the median of the open homes on view this weekend settles at $1.89 million. That' a five-bedroom, 2½-bath home at 1544 Kathy Lane, built in the early 1960s.
