February Home Sales Report For Los Altos & LAH

Local home sales rebounded nicely last month as both buyers and sellers are returning to the market ahead of the spring house-hunting season.

In February, a total of 18 properties were sold in the open market in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills combined. They include 14 single-family residences and one townhome in Los Altos, and three single-family homes in Los Altos Hills.

It should be noted that many homes were sold at over the asking price, suggesting that demand is picking up after the holiday slowdown, at least for Los Altos.
